Shipping & Returns


We are glad you have placed an order with us! NL and BE standard, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days. We will send you a confirmation email that your order is on its way. All prices, currencies, VAT, and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. After we have send you a confirmation email that your items have been shipped, we cannot cancel an order. Please note, for international deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply.

Rest of Europe: 2 – 5 days

Rest of the World : 7 – 10 days


Although we work very hard to make sure you enjoy your new items, we understand if you may not be completely satisfied with the item or items you have purchased at Therefore those items can be returned within 14 days after receiving the items. After 14 days from receiving your order unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you’ve received it. All labels and tags must be attached and in good condition. 

We gladly issue a refund after we’ve received the item. We will send you an confirmation email to notify you that we have received the returned item. After the returned item has been approved for a refund we will proceed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  3-5 working days.

We are very sorry at this moment we can’t offer you exchanges, in this case you will have to return the item and order the new item. 

To return an item, please send an email to so we can provide you with specific shipping details. Please include in the email your name, order number, items, and the reason to return. We like to know what is this reason so we can keep on improving! We value your input. 

All the shipping costs for return will be covered by you. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on in which country your order was placed, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping back items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Otherwise it is not guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.

And of course, if Bonita Republica has made a mistake in your order we will gladly pay for the shipping costs.
